The Twin Cities Youth Basketball League officially began in the 2017-18 Season, but unofficially began  2012-2013 when Blaine, Spring Lake Park, Anoka & Coon Rapids began playing against each other.  The unofficial League then grew to include Da Vinci (Ham Lake) the following year, followed by Fridley in the 2016-17 Season and Columbia Heights coming onboard for the first season of the Kickoff of the League in 2017-2018.
